I walked by this house and what's left is only the garage. Why are you advertising this property if it doesn't exist?

Dear Paul, I did notice that my previous answer was not listed. Some properties are sold as New Proposed Construction or as New Will Build to Suit like the one on Marcus Ct. I work in Park Ridge so contact me for more info if you are not working with another agent. Also I could help you find a house in area of your choice. Please send me more info re price range, how many Br/Ba, Garage spaces, with or without Basement,... Thank you. TV

Hi, The owner may be selling the property for it's land-value for an individual or builder to put up a new structure. If the home was structurally unsafe, the owner may have had to tear down the unsafe structure(s). Some owners will leave the garage standing. They may use it for storage or if the current location of the garage does not meet current municipal code, an owner will leave it up. What is the street name of this property? I will contact the owner/broker and ask some more questions.

Hello Paul, what one man doesn't see, the other will. Someone may want the property due to location and might build on it suit their needs.
