This website takes leads from multiple listing databases. You will need to hire a company to put your home on such a database. I can put one on at a discounted price.

You just need a good agent to list your home who syndicates. What area are you in?

If your agent has a good syndication network, this site will pull listings automatically from their database and MLS system.

For the most part, his site "pulls" listings from the local MLS systems so if you choose an agent in your area, hire them to sell your house and it should be marketed here just like many other sites.
