Though condo and town home communities frequently regulate pet ownership, it is not that common for a residential single family neighborhood to have any limitations.

There are no zoning regulations or covenants that preclude having a dog at the property and I have seen dogs in the area, suggesting that the neighbors don't other neighbors having pets. Hope this helps.
