This is Cimarron Apartments and we do have 3 bedrooms here, and detached 10x20 single car garages. We start at $995, please call Chris for more details.
Just so you know, Desert Shores is not a low rent area, and for an owner to rent to own, they would need some protection, usually an option deposit, that if and when you actually buy, would apply to your purchase price, and if you decided not to go forward would be forfeited. There are not a lot of those properties available, but I am willing to search if you would like to work with me. Either call or email me and we will get some detailed information, you would need to have an end date when you could actually purchase, so if credit is an issue, at what point would your credit be able to sustain an outright purchase? What kind of down payment do you have available, things such as that.
Liz
Lease to own opportunities do exist and some require a non-refundable deposit during the lease or other financial commitments. Some owners finance and often their financing rate is higher than market rates. How is your credit? How soon are you looking to lease to own?

Under $900 will be difficult to find...with an option to buy...even more difficult, but it sounds like Denny's got you covered.
