Our local MLS only requires 3 photos of each home, whether or not it is a foreclosure. There may be more photos on our mls. Please respond back with the address and I will check it for you. Cindy @ CindySmithHomes . com
If I understand your question, the homes that are listed with your local MLS (multiple listing service)that are foreclosed properties do not have a lot of pictures - usually just the front shot and possibley a cple of interior shots. This is because it is not required by the lender who owns the property to have interior shots taken and unfortunately, the interior shots are not usually very complimentary. Good luck!!
Agents who list a lot of foreclosures may not upload a lot of pictures. Per ou Multiple Listing Service, we are only required to post four pictures per listing. Whenever I list a house for sale, I usually upload at least fifteen to twenty pictures. I like to get as much exposure as posible for my sellers. If it happens that you are out of the area, you could get a local agent to go by the property and take more pictures for you. This agent would probably like for you to commit to using him as your buyer agent. There is no cost to you and it is much more convenient for you to only deal with one agent. Linda
IF the listing agent put in pictures at all you would have the best chance of finding them in your Local Board of Realtors "Publice" website that is directly linked to their Private Multiple Listing Service for Realtors, so you would have the "Latest & Greatest" information.
Most listing agents for foreclosures have so many listings that they put in the minimum requirements to list the homes. The reality in our market today is that everyone can afford these prices so even with 1 or sometimes with NO pictures, the listings will sell if the home is at all desireable.

A lot of the listing agents for foreclosure homes only put the minimum number of photograhps required by the multiple listing company in their listings. Some agents are more aggressive in getting their listing as much exposure by placing as many photographs as possible on the site for potenial buyers to review.
