I would not recommend ANY lease with option. Chances are you will be taken (scammed). Many rentals with pools available. Find a Realtor who does a lien check on property you are interested in renting to make sure you do not get foreclosed upon. Good Luck. David Pegasus Realtor/Property Manager

horse property, lease option, pool -- 3 things that will drastically reduce the possibilities. There is also the big question...how much are you willing to spend? My advice: Call an agent, because a good agent will need to ask you some questions in order to give you the best answer to your question.
