I bought land-10 acres, built a house (1998-99). The value is way low - approx the land only, and the sq ft of the house is less than half - help!

Are you listed with an agent? Some sites input an estimated value bases on many different factors, such as taxes, recent sales in the area, mis-imput's by the agent etc. What is your address and I can do some research on the web and see what your looking at.
