What is the average cost per acre of land in lawrence county ky? Were could I find out?

I was wondering because I listed my property (apx 1.5 acres mostly flat) for 6500, and someone I know told me that land in this county is only going for $326.00/acre. And that seems insane to me. The place has a big garage/out building, city water and a well. It is out in the country, there are neibors, but nothing like in town, the closest one is at leat 500-700ft away. comes with a older mobile home on it. Personally i think we are asking to little for it, it's worth more. But we are moving closer to family and trying to get enough out of this place to have the other place set up. Just trying to find out if I am asking a fair price.

Presently there are only 3 lots listed in the mls for Lawrence County Ky, the prices are 15,900.00, 19,000.00 and 20,000.00.
