I am planning to move to DuBois in July 1012 for at least for 3 years. I don't want to buy a house right away. Are there any good house for rent.

Hello Yubaraj, It will pay off to do your homework as I have already heard several well respected and knowledgable people give their economic forecast for 2012. They are calling 2012 the year to buy real estate, the year that "I should have". I think you need to do some good research on your own and that if will buy in 2012, and you keep for 3 years, you will probably experience some appreciation, and you will have locked in an interest rate at one of the best times in history. Once again, don't take my word for it, speak to people who know, who deal with reading market trends, and have a good clue on what the market will look like 3-5 years down the road. Best of luck!

Is there a need to be close to school transportation? Can also depend on where / why you are re-locating to Dubois. Properties vary in terms of proximity to shopping, transportation, banking, etc....
