how can an estimated value be $200,000 more than the selling price of 168 Purcell Ave Bardstown when avg is $70,000 in street/area for similar prop?

Zillow states on their websites that their estimates have an accuracy in them so go way to the bottom of the website and search out your state and county and see the accuracy posted if that is wehre you got the number it may shed light on the accuracy issue.

I would have to ask where the "estimated" value came from and remember outside of an appraisal or a detailed Market Analysis all you have is an estimate.

Estimated values are just that. They are only correct 30% of the time. They are high 30% and low 30% too.
