Does anyone know of any Lease to Own homes in the Bowling Green, KY area? Or any businesses that have homes for lease/rent in the $550 or less range?

If you are looking to own a home it would be best to buy now. It is a buyer?s market with so many house listed to sell. The lease to own option is not always the best. Interest rates are low along with home prices. What will they be in 1 or 2 years from now? If credit scores are your reason for perusing this option, speaking to a credit counselor might be a good way to raise your score. If you have any more questions please feel free to ask me.

Hey Vashon, I moved from Hopkinsville, KY a few years ago and i know the area well. Because Real Estate does not move quickly in the area, you should be able to find a home for lease to own. You need a good Realtor in that area, to work along your side and find the right place. I have a couple of realtor friends that work both the TN and KY sides, which may help you. Click the contact me and I will connect you. Thanks.

Lease to own are probably not your best option. There are a limited number of homes that are offered with this type of option, so your selection is very limited. I think this is why they dont seem to work out. I would suggest that you rent a home and then find one to purchase later. Contact an agent in Bowling Green to assist you.
