In answer to: Does anyone know of any Lease to Own homes in the Bowling Green, KY area? Or any businesses that have homes for lease/rent in the $550 or less range?
If you are looking to own a home it would be best to buy now. It is a buyer?s market with so many house listed to sell. The lease to own option is not always the best. Interest rates are low along with home prices. What will they be in 1 or 2 years from now? If credit scores are your reason for perusing this option, speaking to a credit counselor might be a good way to raise your score. If you have any more questions please feel free to ask me.
