I am not sure why you aren't receiving updates on homes on your list. However, you may want to get in touc with a Realtor. Because, a Realtor can feed you new listings when they first come onthe market.

I should correct this. I don't see 6035 Merrydale as being available on the MLS. There is another one on Merrydale for 116,900.
