In answer to: What is the time frame and steps to foreclosure in Kentucky...specifically Hardin County?
There is Really not a Set Time Frame, It can Vary Depending on Each Lender's Process And The Circumstances With The Borrower. I know some Homes That have taken a Year to go to Foreclosure, But 6 Months is a Good Estimate.
