In answer to: Very interested, could you give me an intersection nearby, so I can get an idea on the location?
Zorn Ave. next to St. Leonard Church. Hope that helps. Great place to live when the concerts come the the tower by the river and always lots of festivals there. Plus you would love the view of the fireworks for Thunder over Louisville. Good luck in your quest for a place. If I can be of help, do not hesitate to contact me.

In answer to: Would like to see more pictures of this house as well as I would like to know if it is still for sale
The property number expired on the 22nd of May. However it was relisted by the same broker under MLS number 1303527. I would be happy to arrange a showing on this property for you.

In answer to: what does my credit have to look like in order to get the loans for these houses for a 20 year loan?
First off the home has to qualify for the type of loan that you are applying for. Most HUD homes will work on a FHA loan or can even qualify for a 203k loan (rehab FHA loan) to quailfy for these you will have to have a debt to gross income ratio of less than 40 percent and a good history of payments and also a 640 credit score. Depending on the lending institute this may fluctuate 20 to 40 points either way. Will you be using a family gift to help purchase or do you need help with your down payment or closing costs? Let me know and I will try and get you to some lenders that may help on all of these areas. Knowing what you qualify for on a loan should be your first priority before ever looking at a home.

In answer to: We're looking for a home in the Lakeside Middle school area. We have a shihzuh and 3 lazy cats. Looking to move in July.
I specialize in working with relocation's and would love to interview to be your agent of choice. I have two malti-poos and lost our two cats a couple of years ago due to their age. Let me know what I might help you with. email me at rick@louisvillekyhomefinder.com. I am an associate with Keller Williams in Louisville and I love what I do.

In answer to: Can another agent help me as the one listed on the property I'm interested in will not respond? I've called and emailed the agent and no response.
It sounds as if you have had no contact with the agent and in that instance I could or any other agent you choose could help you with a number of homes including the one in question. Working with a buyers agent means that the buyers agent is working strictly for you where as a listing agents first priority is to get the most for the seller that he or she can. You lose part of your bargaining power when working with the listing agent as they then become a dual agent trying to juggle both the buyer and the seller. Hope this helps and I look forward to hearing from you.
Covers Crestwood, Lagrange, Louisville, Shelbyville, Taylorsville, and more.
